


Praca Wakacje is our innovative social initiative for students, active from May through October. It connects you with young, motivated students who, through summer work, gain their first professional experience and may go on to secure permanent roles at your company.


Our in-house program addresses employers’ rising need for specialized talent. We identify the most motivated and qualified graduates seeking permanent positions.


To meet workforce needs, we launched a program linking high-school students with employers.
The pilot project took place in 2014 in collaboration with the Mechanical School Complex in Gorzów. As part of the project, we sponsored the first class of the Mechanical Technical School. In the first stage of the project, students underwent a diagnosis under the supervision of specialists, career counselors, and psychologists. We provided free supplementary math and language courses, plus soft-skills workshops. During the summer holidays, students completed paid internships at our clients’ companies.
In 2016, the Sponsorship Class Project was recognized by the Cooperation Fund Foundation as part of the Erasmus Plus program as a „Good Practice,” which could be successfully implemented in other Polish and European schools. The Mechanical School Complex was awarded the title of „Vocational school of the highest quality” for the implementation of the Patronage Class project, thus being among the 50 best schools in Poland.

We regularly organize meetings for HR specialists from companies in a given region, creating a unique opportunity to exchange experiences, learn about the latest developments in labor law, and talk with experts.
