RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating technical listsIn the context of product changes, compile and supplement technical lists (releases, change lists, parts lists, etc.) according to specifications and numbering system.

  • MaintenanceCoordination and approval in the creation of all relevant lists in the context of new product development or product revision projects for merchandise management systems and all spare parts catalogs. European responsibility for master data as described in the Business Process Workbook PDM.

  • Configuration modelCreation of configuration models within new product development or product revision projects as well as their maintenance in the normal product life cycle. Management of the associated option codes and their designations (Master Code List).

  • SUE RulesMapping of the rules for the automatic creation of production BOMs based on the product configuration based on the specifications of R&D (Engineering Sheets and Flowcharts) in the ERP system.

  • Bulk uploads of dataMerging and coordinating product data in Intrexx. Ensure, create and query timeline for project data. Communication of project data to Intercompany.

  • Performing CRPSPre-check of all delivered data in the project, coordinate CRP and subsequent corrections for projects, deliver timeline and communicate.
