ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW

  • Lead CAPEX and OPEX procurement projects from initiation to completion
  • Conduct contract negotiations across manufacturing sites
  • Run tender processes with fact-based evaluations and ensure timely execution
  • Deliver on savings targets, reporting, and follow-up
  • Build strong supplier engagement and drive performance management
  • Identify and leverage commercial opportunities in spend patterns and market trends
  • Understand market dynamics and apply strategic commercial levers
  • Develop and implement category strategies
  • Drive professionalisation of indirect procurement, maturing processes and standards

WYMAGANIA

  • Significant experience within indirect procurement
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • An eye for details
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder engagement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
  • A strategic and analytical mindset
  • Proven ability to define and execute category strategies
  • Fluency in English – written and spoken
