RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement, maintain, monitor, follow up, control, and improve the systems adopted by BA and implemented in the Plant
Work under corporate coordination and contribute to the overall performance of the BA Group by providing inputs and informing about best practices in place at the plant
Support plant departments to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards
Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits. Conduct root cause analysis for deviations and support all departments in identifying corrective actions, ensuring adequate follow-up, and evaluating effectiveness
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by detecting and addressing problems and exploring opportunities to optimize the performance of management systems (Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Energy, and others adopted by the company)
Coordinate risk assessments and support plant areas in updating them (excluding H&S)
Establish and ensure the fulfillment of monitoring plans
Develop and ensure the execution of drill plans
Verify the implementation of emergency plans at the plant
Prepare and communicate data to authorities in accordance with legislation
Investigate and analyze emergency situations
Investigate and analyze the causes of workplace accidents (excluding H&S)
Assist food safety and energy teams in completing required activities

University degree
Advanced knowledge of the English language
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS knowledge, preference given to ISO 9001, iso 14001, iso 50001 and Food Safety STD
Availability for travel (expected maximum 50% of the time)
