RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests
  • Diagnose and resolve core IT issues – Windows OS, O365
  • Manage and maintain IT equipment (including Scanners and Zebra Printers)
  • Create and update user documentation
  • Issue resolution or escalation
  • General Printer and PC Configuration Skill

REQUIREMENTS

  • Eager to learn and develop new IT skills.
  • Organised, motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Patient and approachable when working with users of varying technical abilities.
  • Driving licence.
  • Must speak Polish, English as a minimum

Nice to have:

  • Experience with M365 administration and troubleshooting Windows & Mobile OS.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).
