ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW

Supervise a team of R&D Engineers who are responsible for: management of master data (BOM), 3D models, drawings and documents of materials, parts, assemblies in PDM (CIM DB) and ERP (ProAlpha); configuration and supervision of the preparation of control conditions in ERP (ProAlpha); coordination and supervision of deviations and engineering change requests – so-called “Mangle”; coordination of Engineering Changes
Supporting and replacing R&D Enginner’s tasks performed by them
Participate in the implementation of prototypes and new vehicle models
Participating in testing new solutions resulting from engineering changes
Acting as an expert in their field, providing technical support to the team and other company departments

Has very good knowledge of the Engineering Change process
Independently plans and supervises the work of the team
Monitors the progress of the team’s work and can evaluate it
Can analyze the process for errors as well as define improvements
Share the knowledge among the team and allow them to grow
Proactively identifies risks and implements preventive actions
Consciously manages team performance even when difficulties occur
Represents the team and cooperates with other departments of the Company
Fully understands departmental goals and their relevance to scheduling
Takes part in product development strategy
Has at least 3 years of experience as a Process / Production/ Product /Quality Engineer or Product Development / Production Area Leader
Knowledge of tools: ProAlpha, CimDB (knowledge of workflows set up)
Language proficiency: English or German at B2 level
