ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW

Operational management in a manufacturing company covering all operational departments
Responsible for all operational processes (production, logistics, quality, maintenance, production engineering, safety,…) processes, cost and efficiency optimization
Team management and development, setting short- and long-term goals and motivating employees
Monitoring operational costs. Responsible for all operational costs in the budget, forecasts and long-term plans
Implementation of new technologies and processes: Proposing and implementing innovations in production and logistics, based on a sound business case (payback calculations)
Strategy and development: Cooperation with the CEO and all members of the Management Team, in the development and implementation of the company development strategy
Cooperation with the management board: Regular reporting of business results to the company’s management board, recommending strategic decisions
Organizational culture: Building and maintaining an organizational culture that supports efficiency, commitment, transparency, and innovation

Experience in an operational management role in a (metal) production environment
Experience in leading an excellent operational company
Speaking, reading and writing in English
Good knowledge of Excel and ERP, SAP preferred
Dynamic, motivated personality
People management, teamwork and open communication skills
