Residence Permit

A temporary residence and work permit (commonly known as a residence card) is obtained at the provincial office appropriate to the place of residence of the foreigner in Poland. Thanks to this procedure, a foreigner may be entitled both to work and stay in Poland.

If your employee wants to stay in Poland for a period longer than 3 months and the purpose of their stay is work, the next step is to apply for a temporary residence and work permit. We assist in preparing and submitting applications via the MOS 2 portal. The new system is not an obstacle for us – we efficiently guide both employers and their employees through this process. Our task does not end with submitting the application to the office – we monitor the entire case until a decision is issued, respond to letters, and also assist with picking up the residence card. All to ensure that your employee's stay and work are fully legal.
