TEMPORARY RESIDENCE PERMIT (RESIDENCE CARD):

– allows up to 3 years of residence with the possibility of extending this period,
– temporary residence and work permit is granted when the purpose of the foreigner’s stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland is to perform work and if his/her stay will last for more than 3 months,
– is issued by the appropriate Voivodship Office.

WORK PERMIT:

– there are several types of work permits,
– the most frequently obtained in Poland is a type A work permit, which applies to a foreigner performing work on the basis of a contract with an entity whose registered office is located in the Republic of Poland,
– is issued by the appropriate Voivodship Office.

DECLARATION OF ENTRUSTMENT OF WORK:

– applies only to citizens of Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine,
– is issued for 24 months,
– does not apply to seasonal work (for which a permit must be obtained).

6) Personal data may be communicated to Recipients, which are entities that process the data on behalf of the ADO (the providers of necessary services involving the processing of personal data), with whom contracts have been concluded for the provision of services, e.g. ICT, including hosting.
7) Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to answer your question.

(66-400) Walczaka 20 is in our legitimate interest understood as a business communication (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), we inform you that you have the right to object to this processing.
