Our proprietary project has been published continuously since 2006 and is the most reliable and credible study of the salaries of employees working in specific positions in manufacturing plants. The participants are companies employing a minimum of 50 employees, and the report itself is created on the basis of real data provided by them.

introduced and planned salary increases,
research results in the area of soft aspects of personnel management.

IT IS ISSUED:

in two languages: Polish and English,
in two versions of the publication: paper and electronic.

BENEFITS:

the AUDIT HR Remuneration Report provides the opportunity to compare salaries with those of other companies in the region for similar positions. It can therefore be the basis for wage negotiations with trade unions, employees, and candidates,
it allows salaries and incentive systems to be aligned, thereby reducing turnover and retaining the best employees.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

paid option – the company provides data on remuneration and decides to purchase the full version of the report in Polish or English,
free option – the company provides data on remuneration, but does not decide to purchase the full version of the report, receives the first part (general) and the analysis of two selected positions free of charge.

1) The administrator of your personal data is AUDIT HR Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gorzów Wlkp. (66-400) Walczaka 20 (hereinafter referred to as: ADO).
2) Personal data provided by you are processed only for the purpose of answering the question contained in the contact form. The legal basis for the processing of the data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. ADO’s legitimate interest, which is to communicate with users of the website.
3) You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
4) We have appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted in matters related to the processing of personal data and your rights–by e-mail to the following address: iod@audit.com.pl or in writing to the address of our registered office.
5) Your data will be processed no longer than it is necessary to answer you, and after that time it may be processed for the period of limitation of possible claims.
6) Personal data may be communicated to Recipients, which are entities that process the data on behalf of the ADO (the providers of necessary services involving the processing of personal data), with whom contracts have been concluded for the provision of services, e.g. ICT, including hosting.
7) Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to answer your question.
RIGHT TO OBJECT: Due to the fact that the legal basis for the processing of your personal data by AUDIT HR Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gorzów Wlkp. (66-400) Walczaka 20 is in our legitimate interest understood as a business communication (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), we inform you that you have the right to object to this processing.
